Hummingbird Scientific is continuing training classes in 2026! During these training classes we perform hardware use, workflow for experimental set up, and best practices for image acquisition with hands-on instruction. Classes will be focused on either liquid cell holders, gas cell holders, or biasing-manipulator holders.

The standard 2-day class covers the complete workflow and advanced configurations, exploration of applications, and experimentation in the TEM. The express 1-day class is helpful for experienced researchers who want to refresh their skills. If you have specific experimental challenges that you would like to solve for planned or ongoing experiments, let us know so we can discuss ahead of time how best to assist you.

We are currently gauging interest for classes for Q2, Q3, and Q4 of 2026 for the following in-situ holders. Dates will be finalized with the first two trainees to confirm for a particular week.
