Daan Hein Alsem

Dr. Alsem is Vice President of Hummingbird Scientific and Managing Director of European Operations. He has more than 20 years of experience in in-situ and analytical TEM, microscopy experimentation, and hardware development. He earned his Ph.D. from UC Berkeley and previously worked at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory and served as an Affiliate Assistant Professor at the University of Washington.
